WWE: Raw is a weekly professional wrestling television program produced and broadcast on USA Network by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Additionally, streaming services may provide access to this show.

WWE and Netflix have entered into a long-term partnership to bring its flagship show live onto Netflix for streaming viewers worldwide. This marks the first time ever that this special will be broadcast live.

Raw is a weekly professional wrestling television program

Raw is a weekly television program produced by World Wrestling Entertainment that showcases professional wrestling matches. Additionally, there are interviews and promos by wrestlers, updates on feuds, as well as announcements for local and pay-per-view events. Broadcasted globally in multiple languages – in America this program airs Monday nights on USA Network.

WWE recently inked an agreement with Netflix that will see their flagship weekly program Monday Night Raw move onto their streaming service beginning January 2025. Additionally, this agreement includes rights for SmackDown and NXT in Canada, UK, Latin America as well as premium live events from WWE.

The new agreement between WWE and NBCUniversal allows it to experiment with how it delivers content. Their current agreement with Peacock, currently hosting Raw in the US, expires in October 2024; after which time its future location remains unclear; some have speculated it could end up on an updated version of WWE Network.

The original Raw was the first wrestling show to stray away from its traditional format of taped matches and studio commentary to feature live action, live audience viewing and on-site angles as they occurred. Furthermore, it was the first show ever aired over an entire network.

WWE wrestlers compete on numerous interbrand events and specials outside their regular weekly episodes, such as Main Event and Tribute to the Troops. Furthermore, Raw wrestlers may team up with competitors from other shows through an exchange program.

On June 25th 2007, three-hour Raw hosted a memorial for Mr. McMahon following his storyline death, featuring interviews from wrestling legends as they paid their respects and clips from WWE DVD ‘Hard Knocks: The Chris Benoit Story’. Unfortunately, due to real-life deaths of Chris Benoit and his family worldwide this episode was pulled from international markets shortly afterwards.

It is broadcast on the USA Network

Raw debuted on January 11, 1993 and immediately revolutionized professional wrestling telecasting by featuring scripted feuds and storylines that led directly into wrestling matches. Before, wrestling shows had been taped on sound stages before broadcast to live audiences; Raw’s original set featured red, white and blue ring ropes along with blue apron steps and neon light tubes on its stage – making for an unprecedented show!

In 1997, the program was divided into two hour-long blocks with separate opening videos for each hour-long block. One hour became known as “War Zone” due to television listings and on-screen graphics reflecting this name; it was eventually retired following September 11 attacks due to sensitivities over war terminology.

After SmackDown switched networks, Raw returned to its two-hour format and is back on USA Network; additionally, it can also be seen simulcast via WWE Network which hosts premium live events and an expansive library of videos.

It is available on various streaming services

WWE is one of the world’s leading integrated media organizations and an acknowledged global leader in sports entertainment. They specialize in family-oriented television programming, premium live events and a vast video-on-demand library spanning more than 165 countries and territories; additionally their content can be found through various streaming services as well as the WWE Network.

WWE’s deal with Netflix could allow the organization to experiment with its show format. For instance, once Raw is no longer obligated to abruptly end segments at will, perhaps storylines and content will expand further and deeper than ever.

Raw is currently streamed live on Hulu the day after it airs; this may change when WWE’s new partnership with Peacock kicks in at the end of this year and begins in January 2025. Last week’s episode featured Dominik Mysterio vs a former world champion while Seth Rollins called out Bronson Reed; these two men then brawled on set using road crates and car hoods before breaking up on another set.

Following their debut releases of Confessions, My Way and Diamond in 2001 and 2002 respectively, all three sold over one million copies within their first week of release. He also appeared in two major motion pictures including 1998 horror flick The Faculty and off-Broadway production Fuerza Bruta respectively.

Usher is the proud father of two sons, one daughter and one stepson. In 2015, the musician opened up about his oldest son Cinco’s diagnosis with Type 1 diabetes and his resilience throughout treatment – daily self-pricks as well as being watchful about what food was eaten – later becoming part of Usher: Taking Back the Rapture 2023 documentary film as well as appearing in an America’s Got Talent segment to raise awareness. Additionally, Usher ventured into acting and appeared in movies Moesha and She’s All That before finally transitioning into reality TV coaching roles on The Voice for two consecutive seasons.

The Eagles and the Super Bowl

The Eagles sold 38 million copies of their Greatest Hits album and saw Hotel California become a top-10 hit upon its 1976 release. Their success became legendary within the NFL and they looked set for yet another Super Bowl appearance.

Now, after Saquon Barkley lit up the Giants and Jalen Hurts has proven himself as their franchise running back, the future for this team looks bright.

What Makes The Eagles Great?

No matter your opinion of The Eagles, no one can deny they were one of the greatest bands ever. Selling more records than any group ever before them and with Greatest Hits still being the number-one album sold in America alone. Although many fans love them dearly, many others may consider them too repetitive or overrated. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame while being decried by others who consider them too predictable or repetitive for modern ears.

I brought together an expert panel–radio legend and rock historian Tom Scharpling, esteemed cultural critic Rob Sheffield, and myself–to help resolve this seemingly perpetual dispute. Here is what our group came up with.

The Band‘s Early Years

Henley and Frey initially formed the Eagles after performing as sidemen on LA’s music scene during the early 70s. Their debut album ‘The Eagles’ became an instant classic and resulted in two top 40 hits as well as earning them a Grammy award.

“Desperado,” their second album, continued the band‘s successful career. With an engaging Western outlaw theme and Henley’s vocal prowess highlighted by a captivating storyline, this release also marked a change in musical style by including more hard rock sounds into their soundscape.

The album was an immediate hit, and they began their next chapter of career success with 1979’s release of “The Long Run”, an enormous commercial success which produced two top 10 hits and introduced Timothy B. Schmit, previously seen playing in Poco and Steely Dan bands; Henley and Frey continued as their core group but now included Schmit as well.

The Band’s Mid-Seasons

Philadelphia Eagles entered this matchup boasting a 5-1 record and were one of only two undefeated teams remaining in the NFL after Miami Dolphins lost earlier in the day. A thrilling back-and-forth thriller would eventually end with Philadelphia taking victory thanks to Jay Ajayi’s 3-yard touchdown run in overtime.

Eagles traveled to Louisiana Superdome for their Week 9 matchup against resurgent New Orleans Saints, who had defeated Philadelphia in Week 6. Eagles started slowly, falling behind early as Saints running back Mark Ingram scored on a 5-yard TD run.

The Eagles managed to tie the score in the second quarter with Jordan Matthews’ 6-yard touchdown catch from Donovan McNabb. But following two mistakes by Ryan Moats (muffed punt return) and Dexter Wynn (fumble on kickoff return) allowed New Orleans to take control for good with just under two minutes left before halftime. Philadelphia tried their best in the third quarter but an Eagles quarterback Drew Bledsoe fumbling on their opening drive of third quarter seal their defeat by New Orleans.

The Band’s Final Years

In 1968, Big Pink issued their debut album Music From Big Pink which established their signature sound. Manuel’s sweet soulful voice provided an ideal balance for Danko’s unhinged edge and Helm’s strong Southern tones; all five songwriters formed an indelible unit, creating music which conjured a rich mythical past through song.

In 1974, they released their second studio album Stage Fright with songs that more directly addressed anxiety and fear in society at large. Members began asserting more control over the group at this time, leading to friction between Danko and Helm.

In 1979, The Eagles issued The Long Run which was commercially successful but less well received critically than Hotel California. That same year saw Frey and Henley dismiss Felder from the band in favor of Timothy B Schmit; their reformed Eagles continued touring and recording thereafter.

Luke Combs – Post-Bro

A smart, self-made powerhouse sporting an undeniably ginger beard and red Solo cups is forging his way toward country music fame that stands the test of time. Post-bro, but easily recognizably so.

His debut album from 2017, This One’s for You, touched upon themes long appreciated by country music enthusiasts.

His Music

Luke Combs hails from North Carolina and remains true to its values. His parents taught him the value of hard work and saving, lessons he holds dear as he begins building his family of his own.

Combs’ music reflects his life. His bold, yearning tenor paired with Southern rock guitars and hip-hop-infused beats create a sound that is at once rowdy yet sensitive; those who have seen him perform live have described his music as being relatable for everyone.

“Fast Car,” made him an internet hit in 2023 and earned him a Grammy Award nomination two years later. Additionally, he wrote “Doin’ This,” “One Number Away,” and “Forever After All” which all reached number one on country charts; as well as songs for other artists – such as Ed Sheeran!

His Personal Life

Luke Combs has always stressed the significance of family. He credits Rhonda and Chester Combs with nurturing his musical passion and encouraging him to pursue his goals.

Luke Combs was raised with a strong sense of responsibility and hard work from both of his parents, which has enabled him to successfully navigate the challenges associated with being famous in music industry. These values can be seen throughout Luke Combs’ songwriting as well as how he interacts with society at large.

Luke may be an only child, yet has formed strong ties to extended family and close friends. He often references family dynamics in his songs and credits spending as much time with Nicole and their two children as an important source of motivation for his success.

His Family

Luke Combs’ family life serves as a constant source of motivation. He and Nicole welcomed son Tex in June 2022 and another boy named Beau in August 2018. Luke often posts photos and reflects upon fatherhood through music as well.

And while he understands his audience’s desire for more energetic songs, Growin’ Up contains several such tracks – notably “Any Given Friday Night,” an uptempo celebration of rural living.

Combs has always had a soft side; album tracks like “I Got Away With You” and the reflective piece, “In Case I Ain’t Around,” remind listeners of that fact. He may still be post-bro, but he is slowly maturing into an artist capable of taking country music back toward its roots. On Fathers & Sons he sings about growing older while finding contentment with who and what is present – an impressive progression indeed!

His Career

Luke Combs arrived in Nashville after touring small bars and clubs with his band in 2014. Soon thereafter he recorded two EPs, The Way She Rides and Can I Get An Outlaw, before signing his major label deal and releasing his debut album This One’s for You in 2017.

This album set several records and spent 50 weeks at the top of Billboard country charts – an unbroken streak which would last until 2023. Hurricane and When It Rains It Pours became fan favorites and led to his invitation into Grand Ole Opry membership.

Today, Luke has scored several number one singles and released his most recent album ‘Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Older’ recently. Hailing from North Carolina, his stadium tours broke attendance records across the country. Luke has won multiple awards as an entertainer as well as being nominated twice at the CMAs for Entertainer of the Year.

David Foster – Musician, Composer, Producer and Songwriter

David Foster is an award-winning singer, pianist, and producer who has amassed 16 Grammy awards. He is best known for writing or producing hit songs for Chaka Khan, Christina Aguilera, Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, Rod Stewart and Natalie Cole; but is also widely-recognized throughout Asia where he regularly performs.

Foster was born in Victoria, British Columbia and started taking piano lessons at four. Later that same year he joined Skylark and their song Wildflower became a top ten hit on Billboard charts.

He is a Musician

David Foster is an accomplished musician, composer, producer and songwriter. He has earned 16 Grammy awards as well as widespread critical acclaim for his work with artists like Celine Dion, Michael Buble and Josh Groban – earning 16 GRAMMY nominations along the way! Furthermore, he’s an avid golfer and significant charitable donor.

He produced and wrote hit singles throughout the 1980s, such as Chicago’s “Hard to Say I’m Sorry” and Peter Cetera’s “The Glory of Love.” Other production and writing credits include L8r & The Tubes’ album The Completion Backward Principle; songs on Urban Cowboy and Footloose soundtracks, Middle Man by Boz Scaggs albums as well as Urban Cowboy.

Foster has more recently taken an interest in Universal’s Verve Music Group as chairman. Through this role, he has successfully launched the careers of artists like Andrea Bocelli, Mary J. Blige and Diana Krall; furthermore he can take credit for discovering Katharine McPhee and giving her her first break as an artist.

The History

Colorado is blessed with many natural and man-made wonders, including Red Rocks Amphitheatre – one of its manmade gems is Red Rocks Amphitheatre, a National Historic Landmark beloved by music enthusiasts. Here are historical photos from Denver Public Library Digital Archives showing its pre-concert venue status.

Over time, it has become home for some of the greatest musicians around, starting with John Brisben Walker in the early 1900s who set up a stage between Ship and Creation rocks and invited singers to perform there on temporary platforms nestled between their massive monoliths – declaring this space to be “the world’s first music venue.”

Over decades, President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal programs such as Civilian Conservation Corps and Works Progress Administration helped establish it permanently as part of an outdoor amphitheatre designed by Denver architect Burnham Hoyt in 1936 – but construction would eventually begin on permanent structures such as amphitheaters.

The Venue

Red Rocks stands out among outdoor music venues as an unparalleled outdoor music venue, known for its spectacular natural surroundings, out-of-this-world acoustics and rich concert history. A National Historic Landmark as well, Red Rocks holds special meaning for musicians worldwide.

For concerts, arriving early to the park is highly advised in order to secure parking and gain entrance into the amphitheater. Doors typically open approximately an hour prior to performance time and a general admission line often forms well in advance of show time; lawn ticket holders should aim to arrive even earlier so they can explore their surroundings and find their ideal seating spot, while taking full advantage of rock formation acoustics to enhance performances onstage even further.

The Seating

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is built into the rocks and can accommodate up to 9,000 guests across its massive seating capacity of unique shapes. Sandstone formations enhance its excellent sound acoustics, making Red Rocks one of the most memorable concert experiences possible.

Most shows at the venue offer general admission seating, where visitors can select their spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Front row guests typically experience incredible views of both the stage and its surround mountains, while those further back may have less clear sightslines but still enjoy watching from another angle with friends or family members.

The Basics of NFL Football

Early days of professional football saw slow, low-scoring matches officiated by undertrained and inadequate crews; outdated rules were often in force too.

Hugh Ray was an NFL Hall-of-Famer consultant who crunched numbers and suggested rule changes that made games more entertaining and faster-paced. Additionally, he created an officiating “situation book” as well as other tools that helped officials gain a deeper understanding of football games.

Rules

The game shall take place on a rectangular field measuring 360 feet by 160 feet, known as the Field of Play. Areas bound by endlines and sidelines are known as End Zones while 10 yards from either endline marks the Goal Line.

The field is enclosed by a solid white border, while a broken limit line 6 feet beyond both end and side lines delineates its bench area. Within this bench area lies a yellow line that demarcates a special zone behind which all players except one player charting the game must remain.

Flagrant fouls are defined as those which, in the opinion of an official, are excessively violent or dangerous and could potentially inflict injury upon an opponent.

Scoring

American football is a team sport in which players work to advance the ball downfield and score points by either crossing into an opponent’s end zone for a touchdown, or by kicking through upright posts for field goals. The team with the most points wins.

Each team is given four chances to advance the ball 10 yards or further during each down. If a team fails to reach the goalline within that allotted time, possession reverts back to defense who are then granted another series of downs.

The line judge, located near the head linesman, oversees player substitutions and punt line of scrimmage during punts. They also monitor first down measurements, as well as alert the referee when time expires at quarter ends.

Punts

Punting is an intentional attempt by the kicking team to alter field position, usually on 4th down and long situations when neither field goals nor kickoff returns are an option. Punts usually happen on fourth down when teams are too close or far from scoring an easy field goal or return kick.

A great punter can often make up for his mistakes by altering the field position with directional punts. Ideally, kick backwards so the ball will take different paths after landing and take an unpredictable path back towards you.

Ray Guy became the first pure punter honored with induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and is widely credited with raising their standing within football. Alongside placekicker Jan Stenerud, they formed one of history’s premier kicking tandems.

Kickoffs

Kickoffs in NFL Football have for years taken on a similar form; ball is placed on tee, percussive sound fills stadium and special teams coaches attempt to provide multiple levels of coverage.

This year is different, though. In order to increase safety and minimize full-speed collisions that often accompany kickoffs, NFL owners have overhauled the play in an attempt to increase safety and reduce full-speed collisions. They’ve moved the onside kick back to 30 yard line while marking touchbacks at 20 yard line and eliminating fair catches altogether. Furthermore, both sides can only move when either the ball hits the ground or returner enters landing zone; this should limit hang time while making kickoff more like regular running play

Tackles

NFL games regularly see at least one bone-jarring tackle, often leading to broken legs and dislocated knees. As such, these types of injuries have led the league to place strong restrictions on “hip drops”, wherein defenders unweight themselves by shifting their hips backwards and dropping onto ball carrier legs without first clearing their body of weight first.

League executives believe this technique inflicts injury at 25 times the rate of an average tackle and it should be eliminated. The NFLPA takes an alternative view and many players have come out against this ban; one such player was retired three-time defensive player of the year JJ Watt, who compared the move to flag football on social media. All contact is illegal within the pocket area – which covers from outside edges of normal tackle positions both sides of center to the line of scrimmage -.

How Does NFL Football Work?

NFL Football is a team sport that utilizes team strategy and physicality to score points. Each season features seventeen games split into two 45-minute halves; any player touching any boundary line or anything other than players, officials or pylons is out of bounds and must return immediately to his seat.

Offense

An NFL team can move the ball downfield through different means in order to score points, including running plays such as inside zone, outside zone, counter and some kind of draw as well as passing plays.

Based on their offensive scheme, teams may employ anywhere from zero to five wide receivers (WR). These players typically line up either on the front of or behind the offensive line (where they may also be known as flankers, wingbacks, or slot receivers) where their primary function is catching passes and running after them, acting as running backs on certain plays when necessary.

Defense

Defense teams attempt to prevent offensive teams from scoring touchdowns or field goals at their own end zone or into opponents’ goalposts for field goals. Defensive players may score points by returning a missed field goal attempt or intercepting passes; returning missed field goal misses; intercepting passes; forcing and recovering offensive fumbles or recovering an offensive fumble by forcing and recovering it themselves.

Defensive linemen, more commonly referred to as defensive tackles (“DT”), typically begin a play by positioning themselves between guards and center on an offensive line. Their primary duty is to rush quarterbacks or stop running plays; outside linebackers (OLB) also form part of this defensive formation.

Special teams

Special teams players may often go unrecognized in the NFL, yet their contribution cannot be undervalued. While the Chargers have experienced incredible success this season, they understand that past results don’t guarantee future successes and must work tirelessly each week to improve their performance and stay at the top.

Kickoffs

Owners voted this year to revamp the kickoff, hoping to give it more life while prioritizing player safety. While still beginning from their 35-yard line, all 10 members of a kickoff team must also stand within an area between 35-30 yards from them when setting up for kickoffs.

Receiving teams may then field the ball using up to two returners. No fair catches are permitted and teams attempting an onside must inform officials. The goal of these rules is to reduce high-speed collisions that cause injuries on kickoff returns; as a result, kickoff return rates have fallen significantly under them.

Punts

At times, punts may bounce and hit someone on the receiving team, leading to a chaotic scrum as whoever touched it gains possession wherever it lands.

Teams often punt on 4th down in order to pin their opponent within their territory and gain better field position, increasing their odds of scoring a touchdown.

Prior to the snap, only players from the punting team are permitted to cross the line of scrimmage; after it, however, any player may down a punt; such an action is known as illegal touching and gives possession to the receiving team at its point of touch.

Touchdowns

Football teams win games by scoring touchdowns. To score one, a player must either run or pass into their opponent’s endzone to bring in the ball for six points and score it as a touchdown.

In the 1930s, leaders of the NFL’s then-young league wanted to make its games more engaging so as to attract college fans. To accomplish this goal, they legalized passing from any point behind the line of scrimmage, eliminated penalties for multiple incomplete passes during one series of downs, moved hash marks closer to center field and added two-point conversion and gave touchdowns more value than points.

Music is an art that blends creativity with technical skill. The goal is to craft compositions that reach out emotionally to their listeners and leave them wanting more, yet can still remain technically proficient. Achieve this requires taking risks while remaining true to oneself as an artist.

Composers’ craft can be strengthened through the use of advanced technology like digital audio workstations (DAWs), virtual instruments, and sound libraries; however, it’s essential that they remember these tools are just means towards an end goal.

At times, even composers who enjoy art form may encounter creative block. When this occurs, seeking feedback from peers or mentors can help refocus one’s mind and reignite inspiration – ultimately the key factor here is keeping writing while pushing yourself further to improve.

Led by graduate student Dora Rosati and using mathematical tools normally applied to studying disease to examine factors that drive its popularity, their team utilized mathematical tools that are typically applied when tracking an epidemic to study what factors determine song popularity.

Their research indicates that music spreads via interpersonal interactions, cultural sharing and word of mouth. Furthermore, they calculated a basic reproduction number, an epidemiologic metric designed to demonstrate disease transmissibility assuming no immunity in populations across multiple music genres.

WWE Raw – The Most Iconic Show in Sports Entertainment

WWE Raw has long been considered an icon of sports entertainment, producing over 1600 episodes since 2003 and helping launch many star careers, such as John Cena, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H.

In 1993, WWF Superstars debuted on USA Network as their flagship program until 2000 when it switched over to TNN/Spike TV for five years.

It airs on Monday nights

The show airs each Monday evening on USA Network in the US, Hulu and YouTube in other countries that don’t provide livestreaming (but do allow viewing via broadcast).

The show features various on-air personalities such as male and female wrestlers, ring announcers, commentators and on-screen authority figures as well as regular segments hosted by members of its roster.

Early years of WWE television were marked by more of a gimmick-heavy style, with events like Irwin R. Schyster tearing off Tatanka’s headdress and Bobby “The Brain” Heenan conducting interviews as trademark events. Over time, however, their show has evolved more towards storylines and characters; although still incorporating notable gimmicks such as crossing referee arms in an “X” formation to signal disqualifications. Most recently in January 2024 they signed a deal with Netflix which will see their flagship weekly program migrate over there.

Raw is produced in New York City, which is known for its restaurants and cultural institutions. Many of its wrestlers live nearby, so producers try to connect with local audiences by including New York culture into storylines. In 2002, WWF unveiled a revamped set for Raw that included a larger TitanTron. As part of these changes, Raw Is War was changed to simply Raw while its second hour became known as the Raw Zone; furthermore, its chyron graphics were updated with a fresh look.

This program airs on USA Network in the US, CBC Television (CKVR-TV in Barrie Ontario and CKMI-TV in Quebec in Canada), Universo Latin America and Netflix UK/Ireland on a tape-delayed basis – previously it had Russian commentary until 2022.

It is filmed in HD

Raw is shot in HD, which can make its large file sizes seem daunting to some users. But with some knowledge and preparation, the RAW files provide maximum flexibility during post-production but require additional work to process.

At its inception, Raw was one of few wrestling shows taped live and broadcast each week, giving WWF the flexibility to produce storylines and angles as they occurred, leading to an exciting and engaging program.

Original Raw Set Features The original Raw set featured red ring-ropes, blue apron and steps with a simple staging area, before being changed in 1997 with “RAW Is War” painted onto the ring and later the TitanTron in 2002; additionally it included Chyron graphics at the bottom. When WWE went HD in 2008 they replaced this version with one using different TitanTrons that featured their network logo in place of RAW on top.
