Journey announces 2020 tour with The Pretenders

Journey along with The Pretenders will hit the road in 2020 for an extensive North American tour.

Even the outing kicks off at Ridgefield, Washington on May 15th and runs all of the way until mid-September.

Journey’s traveling lineup features discovered members Neal Schon (guitarist) and Ross Valory (bassist) along with Jonathan Cain (keyboardist) & Steve Smith (drummer), along with Arnel Pineda (lead singer). Fans can expect to hear iconic Journey classics including”Lights”,”Faithfully”,”Any Way You Want It,””Open Arms”,”Wheel In The Sky”,”Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)”, along with also the seminal”Don’t Stop Believin'”, according to a press release.

Meanwhile, Chrissie Hynde will lead The Pretenders in performing hits such as”I’ll Stand By You”,”Back On The Chain Gang”,”Brass In Pocket”,”Don’t Get Me Wrong”,”2000 Miles”,”My City Was Gone”, and”Middle of the Road”, plus material from their Most Recent LP, 2016’s Alone.

The Who Announces US Spring Tour 2020 Dates

The Who are attracting their Moving On! Tour back to the U.S. in Spring 2020 for three dates. Every one of the shows were originally supposed to take place this fall but were postponed because of vocalist Roger Daltrey‘s”short illness”

The first of these rescheduled concerts will be held at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on April 27. The Who plays Houston’s Toyota Center on April 30. Last, the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame behave hits the Pepsi Center in Denver on May 2. Every night will feature The Who’s Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend combined with their own touring band as well as a local orchestra.

Tickets for the first dates will be honored at the shows.

Bob Dylan Details April 2020 Tour

Iconic artist Bob Dylan will embark upon a tour of Japan at April 2020. Dylan’s trip to the Far East state involves a total of 14 experiences.

Up for Bob Dylan is a series of five performances at Zepp DiverCity at Tokyo on April 1 — 2 and 4 — 6. Dylan then heads to Osaka for three nights at Zepp Namba April 8 — 10. The 78-year-old musician next brings his band back to Tokyo to get some shows at Zepp Tokyo on April 14 — 15 and also a return engagement at Zepp DiverCity April 17 and 19 — 21. Each site hosts between 2,000 and 3,000 attendees.

The Black Keys & Modest Mouse Announce 2019 North American Tour

The Black Keys announced details of their upcoming 2019 Let’s Rock North American Tour. Modest Mouse will open each show, with additional support on select dates from Shannon & The Clams, *repeat repeat and Jessy Wilson.

The Black Keys will headline the 2019 Life Is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas on September 21. The duo made up of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney will then embark on a 31-city tour on September 23 in Denver at The Pepsi Center. Additional arena stops that month include Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis and Cleveland. In October, the Let’s Rock Tour heads to Nashville, Columbus, Milwaukee, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Grand Rapids (Michigan), Toronto, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Brooklyn. The November leg begins in Florida with shows in Sunrise and Orlando, followed by stops in Raleigh, Atlanta, Houston, Austin, Fort Worth, Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Tacoma (Washington). The tour is set to wrap on November 24 in Vancouver.

Greensky Bluegrass Expands Summer Tour 2019

Greensky Bluegrass will mix festival appearances and headlining dates this summer. The band previously announced a handful of dates last week and now have rounded out Summer Tour 2019.

The jamgrass quintet kicks off the tour with support from The Lil Smokies in Salt Lake City on June 27 and Missoula on June 28. Next up are previously confirmed visits to Portland, Oregon on June 29 and Seattle on June 30. Greensky returns to the road in July for a performance in Norfolk on the 17th and four dates in North Carolina. The North Carolina swing begins in Wilmington on July 18, continues in Cary on July 19 and Charlotte on July 20 and concludes in Asheville on July 21.

On August 1, the five-piece will play MECU Pavilion in Baltimore. Then, GSBG returns to New York City for their debut at Pier 17 on August 2. The tour is slated to end at Jay Peak Resort in Vermont on August 3. A pre-sale is underway now for most shows here

Cardi B maps out 2019 summer tour, first-ever arena shows

After becoming a first-time mother, Cardi B was largely absent from the summer touring circuit last year. Now, with a new album supposedly on the way, New York’s new queen of hip-hop has packed her 2019 summer schedule with a number of festival appearances in addition to her first-ever headlining arena shows.

After taking the stage at Miami’s Rolling Loud, Barcelona’s Primavera Sound, and Bonnaroo, Cardi will play a string of arena shows during the month of July. For the leg of dates, she’ll be joined by Kevin Gates, as Complex reports.

Empire Of The Sun Announce 2019 Headlining Tour

The run of the alt-electro band marks the 10-year anniversary of the release of their debut album.

A decade of bright, glittery indie music has culminated in a celebratory U.S. headline tour for alt-electro group Empire Of The Sun. Commemorating the group’s 2009 debut album, Walking On A Dream, the summer tour strikes intimate venues across the U.S., in addition to in Brixton, U.K., and Paris, France. Tickets are on sale now

The Australian group is comprised of Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, whose lively and theatrical live shows have held a place in both the U.S. festival circuit and major international arenas. Their style has garnered acclaim and support with over two billion total streams. Hits include “We Are The People,” “Alive,” “High And Low,” and “Walking On A Dream.” Since WOAD’s release, the group has put out two more albums, most recently Two Vines in 2016. 

The latest tour’s announcement directly follows the launch of a limited-edition vinyl of WOAD. On vinyl that is translucent, orange, the project can be found through Astralwerks. It also includes a download for the previously unreleased”Chrysalis,” which debuted February 1st on multiple streaming platforms.

Beck & Cage The Elephant Announce 2019 Co-Headlining Tour

Beck along with Cage the Elephant will embark upon a co-headlining Excursion of North America this summer. The Night Running Tour will feature Spoon on all dates with Starcrawler, Sunflower Bean and Wild Belle to open select displays.

The excursion starts in the Sunlight Supply Amphitheater in Ridgefield, Washington on July 11. From there, the tour hits the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington; Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California; FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, California and Park Theater in Las Vegas. Next up are stops in Chula Vista (California), Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, Chicago, Cincinnati, Detroit, Indianapolis, Toronto, Saratoga Springs (New York), Darien Center (New York), Mansfield (Massachusetts) and Gilford (New Hampshire). The final portion of this tour starts at Forest Hills Stadium in New York City on August 17 and includes stops in Holmdel, New Jersey; Camden, New Jersey; Columbia, Maryland in Addition to Raleigh, Charlotte, Birmingham, Tampa and West Palm Beach.

Dave Matthews Band Announces Summer Tour 2019

Dave Matthews Band Declared His Summer Tour 2019. Tickets to the North American summer tour dates go on sale to the general public on February 22.

Dave Matthews Band’s 2019 Summer Tour begins on April 30 at Pensacola, Florida. Back in May, DMB will make extra stops in Florida, visit Jazz Fest in New Orleans, then to Alabama, Tennessee, Iowa, Missouri and Texas. The tour resumes in June with two nights at New Jersey, followed by displays in New York, Massachusetts and two nights at Indiana. July tour dates include concerts in Ohio, Illinois and two nights at Wisconsin accompanied by stops in Michigan ahead of a night in Ontario, Canada. The tour continues in New York, North Carolina, Virginia and Georgia before going to Florida for a total of 3 shows.

DMB Summer Tour 2019 picks up towards the end of August with two nights at Colorado accompanied by a show in Utah. The band’s classic Labor Day Weekend stand in The Gorge in Washington State is on their own schedule. The tour rounds out with displays in Nevada, California and Arizona. DMB will even look on September 22 in the second annual Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
