WWE: Raw

WWE: Raw is a weekly professional wrestling television program which premiered in 1993 and currently airs every Monday night on USA Network. The show primarily features live matches but also offers both scripted and unscripted content for its audiences to enjoy.

FuboTV, Hulu + Live TV and DIRECTV all offer streaming access for this show as well as weekly broadcast on USA Network.

It is a weekly professional wrestling television program produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

Raw is one of the most beloved shows on television and offers many unforgettable moments. Its high ratings can be attributed to strong character development which allows audiences to experience various emotions such as rooting for the underdog while cursing out an antagonistic figure.

Beginning production at Manhattan Center Studios in New York City and broadcast live until early 1994, this show then relocated to its Ballroom for performances that could accommodate fewer spectators.

The show premiered on January 24, 1993 and currently boasts over 800 episodes to date, making it the longest-running weekly episodic wrestling television show ever seen on American television. USA Network currently holds all rights for it in the US, Canada and Latin America until 2024; Jordan Mendal ’88 of TKO Group oversees production and coordinates celebrity appearances as well as handling logistics for WWE events.

It is aired on Monday nights.

Since 1993, when WWE Raw first debuted on TNN/Spike TV and later moved back to USA Network for regular broadcast, Monday nights have been the nightly home for this long-running weekly episodic television program, now boasting more than 1,500 original episodes that make up this long running series and being one of the highest rated shows on cable television. SmackDown airs every Friday.

This show first debuted at Manhattan Center in New York City, before moving to Bushkill, Pennsylvania in November 1993. Originally, its set featured red, white and blue ring ropes as well as blue apron, steps with simple stage. Later that year (1997) the set was upgraded with “Raw Is War” written along the ring ropes and an updated TitanTron system.

USA Network in the US airs the show regularly; however, its tape delay broadcast can also be found across Canada on The Score and Global Quebec as well as Australia on FOX8, Malaysia on SKY 1 and RPN, Portugal on SIC Radical and South Korea on AFN Xtra; on occasion when WWE tours overseas it may also air live for same day taping purposes.

It is filmed at the Manhattan Center in New York City.

Early episodes were recorded live each week at Manhattan Center Studios in New York City; this allowed wrestlers to interact directly with fans while adding drama. Over time however, this live format became too costly for WWF, so taped episodes became the new regular feature.

The show begins with a panoramic shot of Manhattan skyline and voiceover by Sean Mooney introducing and welcoming everyone to “chilly” New York City, before showing a clip from Bobby Heenan discussing an up-and-coming wrestler named Narcissus who will be making their debut.

A narrator then begins to detail what will take place during tonight’s three-hour episode of Raw. They highlight each match by name in bold text before calling out its winner and providing a recap.

It is a pay-per-view event.

Pay-per-view (PPV) events allow people to watch live sporting events and other events on televisions at the same time for everyone who orders them, which differs from video on demand systems that allow viewers to watch events anytime they want. While PPV events usually cost more than other shows and typically air in HD quality; Xfinity customers can watch PPV events through any TV Box connected to their account; they must place their order 15 minutes before showtime otherwise they’ll be charged twice for it! You can also purchase one through DAZN app.

Leaked EDC Vegas 2019 – Stages Under Construction

With only a few days before people spend their best nights at EDC, we have a few leaked images of what to look forward to. While the images don’t reveal too much they do tell us a few important details. One of the images looks like a new Kinetic Field stage being built. For the first time the mainstage seems to be incorporating mostly LED screens and less inflatable features we’ve become used to. The rest seem like EDC is striving to try new setups, but it will have what you love still be apparent throughout the years. Big screens, lots of lasers and fireworks will be a forever staple for EDC. Interestingly, Cosmic Meadow looks to have a lot of wood incorporated in its stage design. Does this mean that more stages are doing the same? With such limited knowledge coming from these pictures we will have to wait till EDC starts to confirm. Whatever the case may be for the stage design these images have us excited to be back at the Las Vegas Speedway.
