Rapper Vince Staples is planning his first North American headlining tour in early 2017. He will begin the series of concerts with a performance in San Diego, California on February 24. The six-week Life Aquatic tour will visit 26 cities and will end at the Phoenix Lights Festival in Phoenix, Arizona on April 9.
